C-Channel Cabinets
Channel frame construction with an angle retainer. The default lit cabinet.
A C-channel cabinet uses channel frame construction that holds the sign face securely with an angle retainer. It is the most common way we build a rectangular lit cabinet and the construction behind our entire pre-fab wall cabinet line.
Depths of 2″, 3″ or 4″ cover most design and structural requirements. 3mm ACM backer is standard, with aluminum panel options where the back is visible or the structure needs it. Painted to spec using the Matthews Paint System.
