We deliver it ourselves.
If your shop is within about four hours of Yakima, your sign arrives on our truck — no third-party freight and nobody handling it who has never handled a sign.
Hand delivery
Illumiletter delivers from our shop directly to yours when you are located on one of our shipping routes. Within roughly four hours’ drive of Yakima, Washington, we bring the sign to you — no third-party shipping necessary.
Because we run our own trucks we batch deliveries by route. If five signs are going to Seattle, all five go on the same run. That means delivery dates on invoices are estimates, not guarantees.
Need it sooner than the scheduled date? Will-call pickup is always available. Call your project manager to let them know your arrival time and the sign will be staged and ready.
Shipping
- Countries
- United States only at present. Canada and Mexico are in the works.
- Standard transit
- Typically 3–5 days once shipped. Larger signs can take longer.
- Tracking
- A tracking number is sent through one of our trusted shipping partners as soon as the sign ships.
- Large signs
- Oversized work moves by freight. Freight is quoted per job — ask when you request the quote.
- Pre-fab orders
- Processed the same day they are received.
- Will-call
- Available on every order, delivery route or not.
Returns
Pre-fabricated items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with any tags still attached and all original packaging included.
Custom signs are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production starts. That is why the proof stage matters — check sizes, spelling and colors before you approve.
On receipt, inspect the sign before you sign for it. You have 24 hours from delivery to verify the sign is correctly manufactured and illuminates.
