Flat Cut Letters
Solid letters cut from sheet. Aluminum, PVC, HD foam, ACM or acrylic.
Flat cut letters are cut from solid material with no internal cavity — dimension without the cost or the wiring of a channel letter. They go on lobby walls, monument faces, building fascias and anywhere the design wants depth and shadow rather than glow.
Material choice drives everything: aluminum for exterior durability, acrylic for color and edge, PVC and HD foam for interior scale at low weight, ACM for large flat faces. Backlit options with standoff mounting are available where you want a halo without building pan letters.
