What do you need?
A quote on a custom sign
Send vector artwork, dimensions, colors, ship-to and your reseller’s permit. Same-day turnaround on the number.
Help with an existing order
Your sign has a designated project manager — call and ask for them by name and they can pull the status straight away.
A pre-fab order
Stock sizes are on the shop page and process the same day. Large orders are worth a phone call first.
A warranty question
One year on materials and workmanship. The terms are written out in full.
One thing first
Before you call about a problem
If a custom sign came out wrong, check three things first — it saves everyone a day. Was the artwork you sent up to date? Did you approve the confirmation email from your project manager? And has the sign been installed?
Do not install a sign you believe is wrong. Installing a sign with a known defect voids the warranty. Call us before you take any action.
