Request a Quote
Same-day quotes.
Send us the artwork and the numbers and you will have a price back today. Here is exactly what we need.
What to send
The more of this that arrives in the first email, the sooner you get a number back. Missing artwork is the single most common reason a quote waits.
- Artwork
- Clean vectorized graphics — .AI or .EPS. Some .PDF files work; send it and we will tell you. Vector means we can scale without pixelation.
- Dimensions
- Overall sign size. Letter height if it is a letter set. Depth if it matters.
- Colors
- Vinyl colors or CMYK codes. Matthews Paint numbers if you have them.
- Shipping address
- Where the sign is going, so we can tell you delivery or freight.
- Reseller’s permit
- Required on custom orders. One copy on file covers you going forward.
- Anything else relevant
- Permit packages, engineering, site photos, mounting conditions, deadlines you are working against.

Before you approve
Custom signs are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production starts. Check every proof and every sales quote carefully — sizes, design, spelling and colors — before you sign off.
Once your sign is delivered and signed for, you have 24 hours to verify it is manufactured correctly and illuminates. Inspect it on the dock, not on the ladder.
Send it over.
